If you enjoy creating captivating and interactive learning solutions within a professional services environment, the Instructional Designer role leads the content creation process and develops highly interactive learning solutions designed to improve consultant performance at Cornerstone Research. The role curates, designs, and develops multimedia content that meets identified learning outcomes and builds knowledge and capability for the consultant population.
Base salary ranges vary by location:
Annual performance bonus target of 10%, discretionary.
A hybrid work model (2‑3 days per week in office). Relocation assistance not available.
