Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related leadership experience.
• Experience leading learning design projects and teams.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, for content development.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of learning projects.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
