Responsibilities

• Partner with internal team members and SMEs to design and develop technical training content.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to build effective learning solutions.
• Develop multimedia assets, including audio, video, simulations, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs for course creation.
• Ensure quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Utilize standard tools, templates, and processes to align training materials with corporate objectives.
