• Implements instructional strategies and materials reflecting students' culture, learning styles, needs, and background.
• Establishes a classroom management system that supports a positive learning environment.
• Plans, aligns, implements, and evaluates effective instruction and assessment across environments.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, community, and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Integrates technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Adheres to safety procedures and performs related duties.
