Position Overview
The Holy Hill Area School District is seeking a full-time, dynamic, self-driven, and collaborative instructional coach, to support student and staff achievement and growth. The ideal candidate will cultivate supportive learning environments and challenging educational opportunities through strategic partnerships with parents, staff, and the community. As an Instructional Coach, you will work directly with teaching staff and administration to model lessons, analyze data, guide curriculum renewal, and implement research-based instructional practices across all PreK-8 content areas. As a district, we are heavily invested in the PLC and RtI at Work process to support professional growth and layers of instruction for all students to succeed at high levels.

Candidate Requirements:
5 years successful teaching experience
Bachelor Degree: Elementary/Middle Education & Master’s Degree (Masters in leadership, literacy, or curriculum-related focus is preferred.)
