Starting July 1, 2026, salary at lane 3, step 1 is $19.94 per hour. The district offers additional training to advance to lane 4, following the published salary schedules. Schedule details and eligibility are provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department.
• Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.
• Additional training is available to increase to lane 4 upon completion.
