Pasco County Schools CHASCO K-8 in Port Richey, FL is seeking an Instructional Assistant for Student Services for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is full-time, benefit eligible, and scheduled for 196 days.

The IA will assist teachers, organize and implement instructional and behavioral programs, and perform clerical duties to support school operations under the guidance of the principal and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, completion of 60 semester hours of college or passing score of 457 on the ParaPro Test
• All employees must satisfactorily complete any required training. All employees must meet all mandated federal and state health requirements

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting teachers and staff in working with students, organizing and implementing an instructional academic and behavioral program, performing varied clerical duties to support school operations, and carrying out other duties assigned by the principal and other administrative staff.
