Job summary

Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking an ESSA- Instructional Assistant at Eyre Elementary to support a licensed teacher by planning and implementing educational activities aligned with the prescribed lesson plan. The role includes helping maintain a safe, healthy environment for students and performing clerical duties.

This temporary position offers 4 hours per day across 188 school days and provides benefits.

To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program for students to perform instructional activities in support of the prescribed lesson plan; assisting in providing a safe, healthy environment for students; and performing a variety of general clerical duties.
