Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Dublin, CA is seeking a dedicated Instructional Aide to support student learning in a full-time role. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, helping implement classroom plans and behavior support under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have classroom experience, and are committed to empowering students and families through research-based practices, in a supportive team environment.
