Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check.
• Ability to meet educational standards and work under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups and follows plans.
• Assists with planning classroom activities and supports teacher in student and parent relations.
• Participates in school activities, assemblies, meetings, and chaperone duties.
• Performs clerical tasks, including grading papers and making copies.
• Assists the teacher in using classroom technology.
• Maintains cleanliness of classrooms, lunchroom and other areas.
• Upholds the school’s philosophy and mission in all activities.
• Performs other duties such as field trips and duty coverage as assigned.
