Salary Range (Based on 2026-2027 Compensation Plan)

Minimum: $12.00/hour

Midpoint: $13.56/hour

Salary commensurate with related experience

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Have met formal academic assessment, associate’s degree, or two years of study at an institution of higher learning

Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate (Employee will make application to TEAonce selected)

Special Knowledge/Skills

Ability to work withadolescent children

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to communicate effectively

Knowledge of general office equipment
