Minimum Qualifications:

SAS, SBL, SDA or SDL; supervisory experience preferred

Position: Instructional Administrator for High School Math, Science, and Technology

Location: Guilderland Central School District

Job Description:

The Instructional Administrator for Math, Science, and Technology is responsible for supervising, developing curriculum, and providing professional development for the high school math, science, and technology departments. Additional duties include developing budgets, data analysis, NYS Regents exam administration and scoring, and communication with stakeholders. The administrator also assists with K-12 curriculum alignment and facilitates district-wide curriculum cabinets.

Candidate must possess:
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively
  • Ability to develop and evaluate curriculum in math, science, and technology
  • Ability to facilitate staff development and instructional improvement in collaboration with faculty and staff
  • Knowledge of NYS Learning Standards and their alignment with K-12 curriculum
