Focuses on and supports pedagogy across all disciplines to ensure and enhance instructional practices to positively impact teaching and learning and increase student achievement. Provides instructional strategies and best practices through the implementation of the coaching model. Promotes and supports all tiers of instruction utilizing district observation data, formative/summative assessment data, needs assessments, and instructional resources. Supports initial and ongoing professional development to leadership teams and teachers using student assessment data to maximize the state’s accountability growth model. Researches and promotes best practices and assists with differentiation. Provides PLC support on using data to guide instruction. Possesses a strong desire to encourage and support continuous improvement for teacher growth, content delivery, and student success.
