Job summary

1915 South is hiring an Instore Warehouse Associate to support both salesfloor and back-of-house operations at our Valdosta location. You will remove and store sold products, prep floors for new merchandise, and coordinate with store leadership to ensure smooth customer pickup and deliveries.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift heavy items, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with match, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse functions.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds and 150 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Remove sold product from the salesfloor, wrap and store products for customer delivery, or load product into customer vehicle for customer pickup.
• Work in partnership with the Visual Lead and Manager to coordinate prepping the store floor for incoming merchandise.
• Repair floor samples.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, performing general housekeeping duties, including maintaining cardboard trailers/dumpsters.
• Perform building maintenance and simple repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
