Job summary

1915 South / Ashley is seeking an Instore Warehouse Associate to support store operations and prepare merchandise for delivery or pickup. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to organization, and basic maintenance tasks within the warehouse and salesfloor.

Candidates should be able to lift heavy items with assistance, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth product flow and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to lift over 75 pounds (with assistance) and 150 pounds without assistance per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove the sold product from the salesfloor, wrap and store products for customer delivery, or load product into customer vehicle for customer pickup.
• Work with the Visual Lead and Manager to prep the store floor for incoming merchandise.
• Repair floor samples.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, perform housekeeping duties, and manage cardboard trailers/dumpsters.
• Perform building maintenance and simple repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
