Job summary

Conning is seeking a talented full-stack software engineer in New York to join the LDI team. You will analyze data, design investment solutions, and develop hedging tools for institutional clients.

You will assist with Asset-Liability Models, provide quarterly client data and performance reports, and maintain Conning's Conning360 portal as well as data pipelines. Strong front-end skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Full-stack development capabilities with emphasis on front-end.
• Ability to understand clients' goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Preferred: STEM degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to assist LDI team in designing investment solutions (growth and hedging portfolios).
• Develops derivatives hedging solutions for institutional clients.
• Assists LDI team with Asset-Liability Models for hedging strategies.
• Supports quarterly client data and performance reports.
• Develops full-stack software solutions related to the above.
• Maintain and develop Conning360 Institutional Solutions Portal.
• Maintain data pipelines for the LDI tracker.
