Job summary

Qualifications

• Food service certificate as needed.
• Able to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
