Job summary

AQR Capital Management is seeking a full-time Analyst to join the Institutional & Global Consultant Relations Team within Business Development. The role involves supporting meetings, preparing client materials, and maintaining consultant databases to showcase our product suite to investors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Economics/Finance/Business, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates intellectual curiosity with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with concentrations in Economics, Finance or Business.
• 1-2 years of relevant post-undergraduate experience at an investment management or asset management firm, a consulting firm or investment bank.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong GPA and SAT scores.
• FINRA, Series 7 and 63 licenses desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support for meetings and prepare analytics, presentations, client and prospect materials.
• Maintain consultant databases to reflect AQR's product suite to consultants and prospects.
• Develop strong AQR product and asset class knowledge.
• Provide inbound and outbound client support and follow-ups.
• Use news, databases and sales reports to assist senior relationship managers in Territory management.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk and Trading teams to address client requests.
• Participate in projects to improve team efficiency.
