Job summary

Clean Team Company in Knoxville, TN is hiring Commercial Cleaners for our Instep location. This part-time role offers Tuesday and Thursday shifts and training to learn our cleaning procedures.

Ideal applicants are dependable, can stand and walk for long periods, and enjoy staying active. Experience is helpful but not required; paid training and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is welcomed but not required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to keep areas clean.
• Dust and wipe assigned work areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and shared spaces.
• Restock paper, soap, and other supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Address spills and other cleaning tasks as they arise.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures and facility requirements.
• Collaborate professionally with supervisors and teammates.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our cleaning team, you may be responsible for:

• Keeping floors clean through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and cleaning assigned work areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and shared spaces
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies
• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners
• Cleaning spills and addressing additional cleaning needs as they arise
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
• Following company safety procedures and facility requirements
• Completing your assigned duties with attention to detail
• Working professionally with your supervisor and fellow team members
