Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Senior Window Installer to lead the installation of high-end residential and commercial windows, doors, and skylights. You will install, measure openings, interpret plans, and ensure workmanship meets safety and quality standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with site supervisors and customers, troubleshoot complex installation challenges, and contribute to process improvements in a craftsmanship-driven, people-first culture.
