Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Oklahoma City is seeking an Installer to install insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets and millwork on new homes and builds. The role includes training less experienced Installers and ensuring adherence to building codes and safety standards.

You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift and carry materials, and meet the physical requirements described. Entry can be up to six months experience; safety training will be provided.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from truck onto work site.
• Cut product to specified size, as needed.
• Install parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Verifies trueness of structure.
• Apply latest building codes, industry standards and company policies in daily work.
• Provides training and guidance to less experienced Installers.
• Stays knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and applies safety requirements in daily work.
• Will operate a company vehicle to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
