Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation; second-largest distributor of roofing products; and a leading building materials distributor. We are seeking an installer to join our field team to install mirrors, windows, doors, shower enclosures, home wrap and related products while following safety guidelines and work orders.

Daily travel to job sites is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Products include mirrors, windows, doors, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company. Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day. Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections. Safely unload and stage material at job site. Report safety, customer or quality concerns. Perform warehouse-related duties as required. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Product types: mirrors, windows, doors, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local; Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
