Job summary

Closet America, part of the Renuity family, is seeking an Installer Helper in Raleigh, NC. This entry-level role includes intensive classroom and on-the-job training aimed at rapidly advancing to the Installer level.

You will read design drawings, carry product to job sites in varying weather, and assemble components with care. Strong communication, organization, and weekend availability are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and associate parts to proper assemblies.
• Ability to carry product through weather into workspaces and assemble without damage.
• Ability to focus on a goal and achieve a pre-determined result.
• Professional conduct and ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to meet expectations.
• Organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends per month.
• Ability to perform work accurately to the millimeter and meet CA quality levels.
• Ability to proactively solve work-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom and on-the-job training to quickly elevate to Installer level.
• Read and interpret design drawings to ensure correct assembly of components.
• Safely transport products through weather to work sites and assemble without damage.

About The Role

Installer Helpers go through intensive classroom and on-the-job training, working to the highest levels of their capability, with the goal of quickly elevating to the Installer level.

Key Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, associating parts to proper assemblies. Ability to understand different hardware types and ability to do final surface detailing.
• Ability to carry product through weather into workspaces and to assemble without damage.
• Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result.
• Conduct and appearance is professional and to company standards and policies, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues to assure expectations are met.
• Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends/month, and ability to manage personal and professional demands to help meet critical business needs as they arise.
• Ability to perform work accurately, to the mm, and thoroughly to CA quality levels.
• Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
