Job summary

Ashton Pools By Design in Sussex County, DE, is hiring experienced outdoor construction team members for high-end pool, hardscape, and outdoor living projects. In-person work in the Lewes, DE area; valid driver’s license required for commuting to job sites.

Candidates should have 2 years hardscape/pavers experience; 1 year retaining walls and masonry preferred. Must read plans and layouts; able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Hardscape/Pavers: 2 years (Required)
• Retaining Walls: 1 year (Preferred)
• Masonry/Stone Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to read plans and layouts preferred
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Hardscape construction experience is required
• Candidates with landscape maintenance experience only (mowing, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance services) will not be considered.

• Install pavers including concrete pavers, marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers
• Construct retaining walls
• Design and build pool decks and outdoor living spaces
• Read plans and layouts to guide installations
• Work independently or with a team to complete projects

Ashton Pools By Design is hiring experienced outdoor construction team members for high-end pool, hardscape, and outdoor living projects throughout Sussex County.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in:

• Paver installation including concrete pavers, marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers
• Retaining walls
• Pool decks and outdoor living spaces

Experience:

• Hardscape/Pavers: 2 years (Required)
• Retaining Walls: 1 year (Preferred)
• Masonry/Stone Work: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lewes, DE 19958 (Required)

Work Location: In Person

Additional beneficial, but not required skills:

• Masonry work
• Concrete work
• Grading and drainage
• Pool construction
