Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test systems, and clean up after completion. You’ll work with seasoned crews, receive extensive training, and benefit from an award-winning company culture.

Responsibilities include general construction tasks, assisting installation under supervision, and maintaining safety.

Competenze

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
