Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test, and clean up after completion.

You will perform general construction tasks, load heavy materials, and work in crawl spaces or basements while following safety guidelines and company policies. The role offers growth and training opportunities with a path to career advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity and uphold the company’s reputation.
