Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking Installers to join our residential and commercial teams in Colorado Springs. You will travel to job sites to install foundation and water management solutions, troubleshoot issues, test equipment, and clean up after work is completed.

The role supports a fast-paced, team-driven environment with strong training and career growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package including a base pay plus per-job bonus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and testing equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license (non-restrictive).
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
