Groundworks seeks a hands-on Installer to support residential and commercial foundation and water management projects. You will travel to sites to install equipment, perform troubleshooting, testing, and site clean-up. This role emphasizes teamwork and safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment and troubleshoot as assigned.
• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products under supervision and load/deliver materials up to 50 lbs.
• Enter crawl spaces or basements to perform repairs and test equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
• Support teammates to achieve project goals and uphold company reputation.

Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
