Job summary

Bath Fitter seeks an Installer Assistant for a paid training path to become an Installer. You’ll assist with bath and shower installations, measure and prep materials, support demo and site organization, and work with experienced Installers to grow skills. A high school diploma or GED and driver's license are required, with up to 100 lbs lift capability.

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Exposure to hand and power tools.
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

We’ll build on what you already know—you bring the basics, we’ll develop your skills into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Measure, cut, and prep materials for install
• Support demo, setup, and job site organization
• Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Exposure to hand and power tools
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
