Job summary

Bath Fitter is hiring an Installer Assistant in the United States to start with paid training to advance into an Installer role. You will assist with bath/shower installations, measure materials, and support setup on job sites, learning from experienced installers.

Ideal candidates have basic construction experience, can read a tape measure, and are coachable and reliable. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license required. Pay ranges $17.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Exposure to hand and power tools.
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For
