Job summary

Bath Fitter in Atlanta is seeking an Installer Assistant with a readiness to grow into an Installer role. You will assist with bath and shower installations, measure and prepare materials, and help with demo and site organization.

This paid training position emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork with experienced Installers, and a path to a long-term career in the trades. Applicants should have basic construction experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Exposure to hand and power tools.
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Have you started working in the trades and ready to take the next step? At Bath Fitter, we’re looking for someone who knows the basics of construction or carpentry and is eager to grow into a skilled Installer.

We’ll build on what you already know—you bring the basics, we’ll develop your skills into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Measure, cut, and prep materials for install
• Support demo, setup, and job site organization
• Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Exposure to hand and power tools
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
