As an Installer Apprentice / Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to complete bathroom remodeling projects in customers’ homes. You’ll learn the trade hands-on, develop your installation skills, and have a clear path to advance as your skillset and performance grow.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced installers to complete bathroom remodeling projects in customers’ homes.
- Assist with demolition, preparation, installation, and job-site cleanup.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful work environment inside customers’ homes.
- Work efficiently with your installation partner while maintaining high standards for quality.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.

- Comfortable starting early and working until the job is complete.
- Ability to use a measuring tape and basic hand tools.
- Previous construction, remodeling, plumbing, or carpentry experience is a plus — but not required.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with your team.
