Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Rochester Hills, MI, is seeking Installers to join our field teams installing foundation and water management solutions.

You'll travel to residential or commercial sites, perform installation tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean-up and safety standards are met. This role offers robust training, growth opportunities, and team-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
