## InstallerApplylocations: Raleigh, NCposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-101461**Job Description:****Essential Duties/Responsibilities:*** Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.* May tests systems to ensure proper functioning.* Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance.* Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.* May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.* Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.* Follows safety policies and procedures.* Other duties as assigned.**Minimum Requirements:*** High school diploma or GED. Experience may be substituted for education.* Prior HVAC installation experience* Ability to read installation plans/documents* Maintains and cleans work area upon completion* Good verbal and written communication skills* Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing* Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.* Valid driver's license required* Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required**Preferred Qualifications:*** HVAC trade school certification* 1-2 years’ experience in construction, HVAC or related experience* EPA Certification**Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*** Willingness to learn and be a part of a team* Positive attitude and a team player* Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external* Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.* Safety mindset and acceptance of a safety culture# **Working Conditions:*** Majority of work will take place at occupied residential homes and/or construction sites.
