Job summary

Subzero Engineering is seeking traveling installers to support the installation of hot and cold aisle containment systems in mission-critical data center environments across Arizona and surrounding states.

The role favors candidates with construction, installation, mechanical, manufacturing, carpentry, electrical, welding, or related trade experience who enjoy traveling and working in diverse customer environments. Travel throughout Arizona and neighboring states is required.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to travel regularly across Arizona and neighboring states.
• Willingness to operate forklifts/scissor lifts and use standard tools.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems at customer sites.
• Perform measuring, drilling, assembly, and installation tasks.
• Follow multi-step installation instructions and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot installation issues with the Installation Lead and complete on-time assignments.
• Maintain tools and equipment and represent the company professionally.

Overview

Subzero Engineering is seeking experienced Traveling Installers to support the installation of hot and cold aisle containment systems in mission-critical data center environments throughout Arizona and surrounding states. This role is ideal for candidates with construction, installation, mechanical, manufacturing, carpentry, electrical, welding, or related trade experience who enjoy traveling and working in a variety of customer environments.

Travel Required

This position is for a Traveling Installer supporting projects throughout Arizona and surrounding regions. Candidates should be based in Arizona and comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems.
• Perform measuring, drilling, assembly, and installation tasks.
• Follow multi-step installation instructions.
• Troubleshoot installation issues with the Installation Lead.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment.
• Represent the company professionally on customer job sites.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Follow all customer and company safety requirements.
• Complete OSHA 10 and company-provided installation training.
• Travel to customer sites throughout Arizona and surrounding states as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience operating forklifts and/or scissor lifts.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, drills, and tape measures.
• Installation, assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, carpentry, electrical, welding, or related trade experience.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Arizona and neighboring states.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
