Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Installer role based in Nashville, TN. The Installer will be responsible for installing a variety of interior and exterior signage, including mounting, wiring, and securing signs according to project specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting installation drawings, loading and unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members and project managers to complete jobs on schedule. The role involves troubleshooting installation issues on-site, performing basic maintenance on tools and vehicles, and interacting professionally with clients and the public. The Installer will also follow all company safety procedures and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with sign installation, construction, or a related trade, including use of hand and power tools, ladders, and lifts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site plans, measurements, and installation instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installation and structural issues.
• Commitment to safety practices, including working at heights, lifting materials, and following OSHA or similar guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to travel locally for job sites as needed.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in signage, fabrication, or field installation is preferred.
