Job summary

Sunrun Installer is a key member of the solar installation team, collaborating with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar projects. The role emphasizes safety, site readiness, and accurate installation of solar modules, racking, and electrical equipment.

Training on new products and methods is provided to maintain high safety standards. The position requires physical capability and a customer-friendly approach to ensure on-time completion and quality workmanship across

• Solar, construction or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times and participate in training on safety and installation methods.
• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked.
• Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, electrical equipment and tools as per project plan.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and supports.
• Perform project clean up to maintain a safe, orderly site.
