Job summary

SpeedPro Central PA is seeking an installation technician to execute high‑quality graphic installations on interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings. You will also wrap vehicles and cut/fit graphics with precise heating and mounting techniques.

The role requires 1+ year experience with large format graphics, vinyl production skills, and comfort with physically demanding outdoor work. A bucket truck may be necessary for installations up to 35 feet.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience installing large format signs and graphics (e.g., dimensional letters, banners, vinyl graphics, vehicle lettering).
• Experience in vinyl production – taping, weeding, masking.
• Highly motivated with a problem‑solver mindset.
• Ability to operate a bucket truck to reach installations up to 35 feet high (plus).
• Able to lift 30 lbs and swing a 3 lb hammer.

Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation to ensure measurements are accurate.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after installation; present a professional demeanor.
• Install graphics to flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings.
• Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps).
• Cut and shape graphics to fit each surface; apply heating and graphics, disassemble and reassemble products.
• Perform all necessary work to complete the installation; take photos when completed.
• Work both indoors and outdoors; requires physical labor and detailed artistic work.

Want to use your key eye for detail to full effect? While we can make the print look beautiful, it is often the installation of that print that can make or break the project.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation (to ensure accuracy of measurements, etc.)
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the installation (walk them through the process, timeframes, etc.); present a professional demeanor
• Install graphics to flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings
• Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps)
• Cut and shape graphics to fit each surface; apply heating and graphics, disassemble and reassemble products during application, using proper adherence and cutting techniques
• Perform all necessary work to complete the installation; take photos when completed
• Work both indoors and outdoors; requires physical labor and detailed artistic work

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience installing large format sign and graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, Geek Wraps), vehicle lettering, and vehicle wraps, to name a few
• Experience in vinyl production – taping, weeding, masking
• Highly motivated with a great attitude; a problem‑solver at heart
• Ability to operate a bucket truck to complete installations up to 35 feet high (plus)
• Able to lift 30 lbs and swing a 3 lb hammer
