Job summary

Frank's Basement Team is hiring an Installer to join our growing crew. You will load materials and equipment, travel to customer locations, and perform installations while keeping a safe, organized work environment.

The role is physically demanding and requires lifting, walking, kneeling, and crawling. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are essential. Join us to grow with a company that values dedication.

Responsibilities

• Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each job.
• Travel to customers' homes using the company vehicle to perform installations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
• Unload and clean the company vehicle after each job.
• Install each job using company-approved methods.

Your Impact

• Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assigned job
• Travel to customers’ homes using the company vehicle to perform installations
• Consistently uphold safe and organized work environments
• Unload and clean the company vehicle upon returning from each job
• Install each job using company‑approved and quality‑driven methods

What You Provide

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass pre‑employment background screens and physical.
• Unrestricted lifting ability, physical ability to walk, kneel, crawl and lift continuously throughout the day. This is a physically demanding role!
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
