About the Role

As a Field Installer / Crew Leader in Training, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, working hands-on to support the installation of foundation repair and waterproofing systems. This role involves learning the full scope of field operations, from preparing job sites and operating equipment to assisting with installations alongside your crew. You’ll work closely with experienced team members who will guide you in understanding project requirements, safety procedures, and the quality standards DFX is known for.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in physical, outdoor work and takes pride in doing things the right way. You’ll be part of a team that values communication, accountability, and craftsmanship. As you build your skills, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility within the crew and contribute to delivering safe, accurate, and efficient results on every project.
