Overview

The Installed Sales Trim Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of trim installed sales, training, supervising and directing trim installation crews, performing quality checks at jobsites, maintaining production or installation records, planning trim installation work, apportioning work among crews, overseeing maintenance of all equipment and trucks, providing safety and security for crews, assisting with estimates performed in the field, and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
