- Experience leading installation crews, field operations, or skilled trades teams.
- Ability to coach employees, establish expectations, and improve team performance.
- Experience managing productivity, labor efficiency, and operational results.
- Technical knowledge of installation practices, tools, equipment, and safety.
Responsabilités
- Lead, coach, and develop residential and commercial garage door installers.
- Set clear expectations for productivity, workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address concerns.
- Identify training needs and strengthen installers' technical skills.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Oversee daily installation activity and job progress.
- Monitor labor efficiency and installation revenue; manage costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service; ensure safety and quality.
