Champion Window is hiring an Installation Manager to lead, monitor, and coach a division of installation and service teams. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage costs, and ensure on-time completion and payment.

The role requires early starts, occasional Saturdays, and results-driven leadership in a 60-year-old national company. Benefits include health, dental, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and a company truck plus gas card and phone allowance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/remodeling preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train others and create schedules.
• Creative and practical problem-solving/critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage key business reports, dashboards, and KPIs (COGs, AR, WIP, service reporting, etc.).
• Communicate with customers and provide timely updates; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Manage division costs: labor/materials, invoicing, and big-box purchases to meet profitability.
• Coach and foster teamwork and accountability within the operations group.
• Forecast division capacity, staffing, and revenue; ensure 100% completion and payment.
