Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with safety rules, and good attendance. Basic computer skills are a plus but not required. Duties include following work orders, operating tools, and contributing to quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior assembly experience.
• Read blueprints/work orders.
• Basic manufacturing background and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Exceptional Attendance.
• Be able to climb ladders, sitting/standing as needed to do job tasks.
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. at times as required by job.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of assembly tasks in the area as part of a team.
• Read work orders and understand technical documents required by the job an assembler.
• Be capable of reading blueprints and using measuring devices.
• Operate proper tooling and equipment to fulfill basic job requirements.
• Follow area supervision directions to complete orders on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area, with minimal scrap or rework.
