AT&T in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin is seeking an Installation Technician to set up high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services for customers. You will work independently in homes and businesses, connecting new lines, activating networks and solving issues to ensure a seamless experience.

Typical schedule includes evenings and weekends with paid training and comprehensive benefits. The role offers steady hours and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized telecom provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; work at heights up to 28 ft.
• Ability to work overtime, emergencies, and holidays.

• Install the latest technology for high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services.
• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Activate and configure Wi‑Fi networks and troubleshoot issues.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$23.08 and $32.21 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$47,996 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.


• Possess a valid state driver’slicense.


• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs


• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for ladder safety.


• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)


• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidaywork.


• Identify wire and cablecolors.


• Qualify on pre‑employmentassessments.
