Job summary

AT&T in San Francisco, CA is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate state-of-the-art technology for customers in homes and businesses. You’ll be the trusted expert delivering fast, reliable connectivity and top-notch service, often working independently to complete installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Weekly hours are 40 with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The role offers extensive training, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs and work at heights with ladders.

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Provide best-in-class service and ensure customer satisfaction with each installation.
• Work independently at customers' homes and businesses as a trusted expert.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$20.09 and $35.65 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$57,970 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

What’s a typical day like? You’ll work independently at our customer’s homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people every day while solving problems and being rewarded for doing great work. Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a Wi‑Fi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

Want to be considered? You’ll need to:

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.

• Possess a valid statedriver’slicense.

• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs. – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.

• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for ladder safety.

• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)

• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidaywork.

• Identify wire and cablecolors.

• Qualify onpre‑employmentassessments.

• Have a High School Diploma or GED
