AT&T in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses. You will work independently, meet new people daily, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; climb ladders up to 28 ft.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$25.39 and $32.21hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$52,806 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs
• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cablecolors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED

**Sign-on bonus is paid out as follows:

• $ 2,500 after completion of one (1) year of service(Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
• $ 2,500 after completion of eighteen (18) months of service(Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
• $ 2,500 after completion of two (2) years of service(Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
