Job summary

Culligan Kalispell is looking for an outgoing Installation Technician to install and service water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers. You will perform hands-on work with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires technical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot after training, and a willingness to engage with customers to determine their needs while representing the Culligan brand professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Able to lift up to 90 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle ~6–8 hours daily.
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose systems following training; communicate with customers to assess needs.
• Serve as the Culligan brand ambassador, interacting face-to-face with customers and coordinating with other departments.

Culligan of Kalispell is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed in installing water treatment equipment servicing residential and commercial customers.

As an Installation Technician with Culligan, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation and service of our products and systems for customers. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Culligan service. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose our systems following training and will be comfortable consulting with customers to effectively understand their needs.

Our Installation Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success providing face-to-face customer service to our existing and prospective customer base, as well as the face of the Culligan brand to the community. They also communicate vital information in regard to customers to other dealership departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in water treatment and/or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical related industry is preferred, although not required
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be insurable by Company insurance plan
• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (expected to be able to sit, stand, lift up to 90 lbs and maneuver within tight spaces)
• Must be able to safely operate/drive a commercial vehicle on a daily basis for approximately 6-8 hours
• Mechanically inclined, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
• Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivityDemonstrate competency in Windows, Android and other software platforms
• Outstanding “team” attitude
• Clean and professional appearance
