ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Englewood, Colorado is seeking an Installation Technician to deliver high-quality door systems to our customers. You will install a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors, ensuring each project is completed accurately, safely, and to the highest standard.

Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction with professional installation services. This role emphasizes AAADM certification, safety, and on-site service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring (access control systems a plus).
• Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers' procedures and specifications.
• Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing job numbers, travel time, discrepancies, shortages, or on-site conditions.
• Maintain proper truck stock and inventory.
• Maintain company vehicle appearance and maintenance.
• Interface with customers and contractors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
• Work safely to prevent accidents for yourself and others.

This Role:

As an Installation Technicianyou’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality door systems to our customers. You will be responsible for installing a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors, ensuring each project is completed accurately, safely, and to the highest standard. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by providing reliable, professional installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers recommended installation procedures and specifications.
• Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing job numbers, travel time, any discrepancies, shortages, or inefficiencies in jobsite conditions.
• Maintain proper truck stock and inventory.
• Maintain company vehicle both in appearance and per vehicle maintenance agreement.
• Interface with customer, end-user and general contractor in a courteous professional manner at all times.
• Participate in training programs offered and remain AAADM certified.
• Perform all work in a safe manner for prevention of accidents to themselves, co-workers, contractors on-site and the general public and property of all concerned.

What You Will Need:

What We Offer:

Hourly Rate/Salary range

• $25-$35 per hour; The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role.
