Job summary

Homeworks Energy in Woburn, MA is hiring an Install Technician I for full-time outdoor work this summer. You will measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, and attics, and help install roof vents to ensure proper ventilation.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Compensation starts at $18/hr with bonus incentives, and there are growth opportunities to Tech II or Crew

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics, and more.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Keep a safe, organized work area.
• Report to Woburn location each morning. Crew trucks will leave from there.

Grow Fast: Start as Tech I and advance to Tech II ($18/hr + Avg. $260/wk bonus) or Crew Lead ($23/hr + $850/wk bonus) in as little as 6 months!
